DMCA Notice

DMCA Takedown and Counter-Notice Procedure In the case of a valid DMCA takedown request, we will remove the content as required by copyright law. To ensure fairness, we may share the details of the request, including the complainant’s contact information, with the person accused of infringement. If you believe the content was removed in error, you can file a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include: Identification of the removed content and its original location. Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email. A sworn statement affirming your belief that the removal was a mistake. A statement agreeing to legal proceedings and accepting service of legal documents. Your physical or electronic signature. Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the content unless the complainant initiates legal action.
