If for any reason you're not happy with the work provided, we’re here to resolve the situation with our clear and fair refund policy. Satisfaction Guarantee We are committed to delivering high-quality results. If you feel that the service was not performed to your satisfaction, please inform us within 24 hours of the completion of your detailing. We will either re-perform the service or provide a partial refund, depending on the situation. Refund Requests All refund requests must be made within 7 days of service completion. After this period, we cannot issue refunds, but we will work with you to address any concerns you might have. Full Refund Conditions A full refund may be issued if the service was not carried out as described or if we were unable to complete the detailing due to unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, a refund will be processed within 7 business days. Partial Refunds In the case of partial dissatisfaction, we may offer a partial refund or provide a redo of the detailing service at no additional cost. Refunds for partial dissatisfaction will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation Refund If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund (if a deposit was paid). Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 20% cancellation fee, and no refund will be issued after the service is performed. Refund Process Refunds are typically processed via the original payment method. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card.
